PolicyStat Team, need a refresher, what/which functionality does the Applicability Group selected on each Approval Workflow drive? Does this need to be required, especially since theApplicability group on each document drives which Site/Location the document is discoverable under?
Approval Workflow & Applicability Group
It is a mix of both. The persons who approve a workflow for “system” policies may be different than the persons who approve something similar for a department at the local level. But mostly we have non-system policies at the local level that now must be standardized to be a system policy.
